Occupational Therapist (OT) - PRN Days | Clear Lake South Rehab

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn. At PAM Health we care for chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care across more than 80 locations and a staff of over 11,000.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an age‑appropriate manner.
• Plan and implement specific treatment programs according to occupational therapy principles and PAM Health System practices.
• Participate in the further development of occupational therapy services.
• Maintain flexibility to meet the needs of the system across multiple facilities.

Requirements

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• One (1) year of clinical experience preferred; inpatient hospital experience is a plus.
• Commitment to learning and adapting to the needs of a diverse patient population.
