Occupational Therapist (OT) - Outpatient Rehab - Neuro (Part-Time)

Role Overview: Seeking a dedicated Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) with outpatient neuro experience to provide patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to improve patients' daily activities, mobility, cognition, strength, and range of motion. The OT collaborates with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment plans, set realistic discharge goals, and educate patients and families. Key Responsibilities Implement and revise treatment plans, selecting appropriate activities to meet patient goals.Conduct patient assessments, establish ongoing evaluation, and develop discharge plans.Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge instructions adhering to departmental standards.Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, ethical practices, and confidentiality.Engage in professional development, mandatory training, and participate in team meetings.Provide excellent customer service, applying communication principles and fostering a positive environment. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.Licensed as an Occupational Therapist and certified in Basic Life Support (BLS).Effective communication, customer service focus, teamwork, and basic computer skills.
