Occupational Therapist (OT) - Outpatient Rehab - Neuro (Part-Time)

Role: Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) with outpatient neuro experience, providing patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs to improve daily activities, mobility, cognition, strength, coordination, and range of motion. Develop treatment plans, select appropriate activities, and revise goals based on patient and family input. Educate patients, provide discharge instructions, and coordinate follow-up or referrals. Conduct patient evaluations, establish and monitor treatment goals, and create realistic discharge plans in collaboration with patients and families. Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge details according to departmental standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy, valid OT license, BLS certification, effective communication, customer service focus, team-oriented, and basic computer skills. Adheres to ethical practices, maintains confidentiality, and demonstrates professionalism. Additional duties include: Participating in professional development, attending meetings, organizing workload, practicing safety, and fostering a positive environment. Performs other duties as assigned while ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care.
