Occupational Therapist (OT) - Outpatient Neuro - Part-Time

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) with outpatient neuro experience to provide high-quality, patient‑centered care in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs to improve daily activities, mobility, cognition, strength, coordination, and range of motion.
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, and families, and revise goals as needed.
• Provide patient and family education, discharge instructions, and referrals to community resources.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge plans according to departmental guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain confidentiality.
• Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented environment through effective communication and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid OT licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Participation in professional development and adherence to policies.
• Commitment to ethical practices.
