Occupational Therapist (Home Health) - Full Time

About the role

Plans and conducts treatment programs to improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions, serving as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions and ensure effective communication of care plans.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation.
• Supervise assigned assistants.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD).
• Valid occupational therapy licensure in applicable states.
• CPR or BLS certification from an approved vendor.
• Valid driver’s license and age 21 or older.

Skills

• Experience in evaluating and establishing personalized treatment plans.
• Proficiency in clinical techniques, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Ability to supervise assistants and perform other related duties.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with vaccination policies.
