Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapy (Full Time)

Responsibilities

• Conducting therapy evaluations
• Developing personalized treatment plans
• Providing evidence-based interventions
• Managing administrative tasks including documentation, billing, and scheduling
• Communicating professionally and supervising support staff
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and referring physicians
• Providing patient and caregiver education, discharge planning, and participating in departmental activities or training
• Managing outpatient hand therapy tasks like fabricating splints and wound management (certification preferred)

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Minimum education of a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
