About the Role
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate, plan, treat, and implement patient care following professional standards and organizational policies.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.
- Educate patients and caregivers, manage discharge planning, and handle administrative tasks such as documentation and billing.
- Supervise support staff and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Coordinate with physicians and adhere to organizational policies, ethics, and scope of practice.
- Serve as a clinical instructor or committee member as needed.
- For outpatient hand therapy: fabricate splints and manage post-surgical/injury wounds (certification preferred).
Requirements
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Educational credentials from an accredited program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy).
Schedule
Full FTE position with day/evening shifts, no holidays or call obligations. Possible remote/hybrid options and occasional weekend rotations.
