Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapy (Full Time)

Seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to evaluate, plan, and implement patient care following professional standards and organizational policies. Key Responsibilities Include Conducting therapy evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions.Providing patient and caregiver education, discharge planning, and managing a full caseload.Handling documentation, billing, scheduling, and administrative duties.Supervising support staff and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize clinical and financial outcomes.Coordinating with physicians and leadership to ensure cohesive patient care.Possibly serving as a clinical instructor or participating in departmental committees. Specialized outpatient hand therapy duties include fabrication of splints and management of post-surgical or injury wounds; Certified Hand Therapist credential is preferred. Qualifications Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
