What You'll Do

• Provide individualized evaluations and treatment plans tailored to each resident’s goals and needs
• Support independence and quality of life, allowing residents to remain active and engaged for as long as possible
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
• Collaborate closely with the care team to deliver the best possible outcomes
• Document progress using Net Health and facility systems
• Contribute to a positive, supportive therapy environment where ideas, knowledge, and encouragement are shared

What You'll Bring

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license in good standing
• A genuine passion for working with older adults
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative, team-focused approach to patient care
• A commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered therapy
