Location: Asbury Riverwoods, Lewisburg, PA

Benchmark Therapies is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist to support our therapy program at Asbury Riverwoods, a beautiful senior living community offering Personal Care and Independent Living services. In this role, you'll help older adults maintain their independence, safety, confidence, and quality of life while building meaningful relationships with the residents you serve.
What You'll Do
- Provide individualized, high-quality occupational therapy evaluations and treatments
- Help residents maintain independence and safely participate in the daily activities that matter most to them
- Support residents in aging in place safely and confidently for as long as possible
- Address functional mobility, self-care, home safety, adaptive equipment, and fall prevention needs
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members
- Collaborate closely with nursing and interdisciplinary care teams
- Deliver care in an environment that values outcomes over volume
- Document patient care and progress using Net Health and facility systems
- Contribute to a positive, supportive therapy culture
- Bring compassion, professionalism, and positive energy to every interaction
What You'll Bring
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license in good standing
- A genuine passion for working with older adults
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
