Occupational Therapist - Full Time, Day Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations to determine patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and techniques.
• Establish and communicate care and discharge plans effectively.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation within designated deadlines.
• Supervise assigned therapy assistants and perform additional related duties.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) from an accredited program.
• Occupational Therapy license in the practicing state.
• CPR or BLS certification from an approved vendor.
• Preferringly, two years of occupational therapy experience.
