Occupational Therapist - Full Time, Day Shift

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations to determine patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and techniques.
• Establish and communicate care and discharge plans.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation within deadlines.
• Supervise assigned assistants and perform other related duties.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD); licensure in practice state.
• Minimum two years of occupational therapy experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification as required.
