Occupational Therapist (Full Time, Day Shift)

About the Role

Provides occupational therapy services to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions. Acts as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team, developing individualized treatment, care, and discharge plans, and ensuring proper documentation. Supervises assigned assistants and performs related duties.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
• Licensed in practice state
• CPR/BLS certification

Preferred: Two years' occupational therapy experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, utilizing appropriate techniques and tools
• Develop and implement personalized treatment protocols
• Ensure clear communication of care plans
• Complete accurate clinical documentation within deadlines
• Supervise therapy assistants and perform additional duties as assigned
