Occupational Therapist - Full Time

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in home health services. Responsibilities include: providing therapy to support patients' recovery and independence, documenting patient progress, and maintaining compliance with agency competencies. Qualifications: a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program, active Maryland OT license, and CPR certification. Experience in home health is preferred but new graduates are welcome with customized training. Valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance are required. Compensation & Benefits: tiered per-visit rates, mileage reimbursement at $0.69 per mile, and full benefits. Location & Coverage: based in Hughesville, MD, serving St. Mary’s and Charles County, with EMR using MatrixCare.
