Occupational Therapist - Full Time

About the Role

Plans and conducts treatment programs to improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions. Acts as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized in-home care.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans using clinical techniques and tools.
• Provides therapy interventions following established protocols and communicates care and discharge plans effectively.
• Completes accurate clinical documentation within deadlines.
• Supervises assigned therapy assistants and performs additional related duties as needed.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) with licensure in practice states.
• Current Occupational Therapy license in applicable states.
• CPR/BLS certification from approved vendors.
• Valid driver’s license and minimum age of 21.
• Commitment to safety with required vaccinations.
• Ability to supervise assistants and work within a team environment.
