Occupational Therapist - Full Time
About the role
We’re hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role with one of our trusted clients in Leitchfield, KY. Your skills will support pediatric through early-adult patients in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
- Support pediatric through early-adult patients in an outpatient setting.
- Work with diverse behavioral presentations.
- Collaborate with ABA, SLP, and mental health teams.
- Treat infants, children, and early adults.
- Engage well with children.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Kentucky Occupational Therapy license required to start the position.
- BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
- Comfortable working with diverse behavioral presentations.
- Child-friendly and able to collaborate with ABA, SLP, and mental health teams.

- Facility type: Outpatient pediatric-focused clinic supporting ABA, SLP, OT, and mental health services.
- Caseload: Primarily 1:1 therapy. Some group therapy may occur.
- EMR: Fusion.
- Team expectations: collaborative team player, ethical practice, effective communicator, and comfortable with varied pediatric behaviors.
- Extroverted clinicians who engage well with children are preferred.
