Responsibilities

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Deliver occupational therapy interventions to promote recovery and independence
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active State License required
• PAM certification required; bilingual candidates preferred
• BLS certification may be necessary
