About the role

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide personalized, one-on-one care to older adults in their homes and senior living communities.

Responsibilities

• Conducting evaluations
• Developing individualized treatment plans
• Delivering evidence-based therapy to enhance mobility and independence
• Documenting care in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Educating patients and caregivers
• Utilizing telehealth options to increase access and flexibility

Requirements

• Valid OT license
• Basic computer skills
• CPR certification
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and repositioning patients
