About the role
Seeking passionate licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver personalized, one-on-one care to older adults in private homes and Senior Living Communities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations
- Develop care plans
- Provide evidence-based treatments to enhance mobility, independence, and quality of life
- Document in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place
- Incorporate telehealth and virtual care when appropriate
Qualifications
- Valid OT license
- Degree from an accredited program
- Proficiency in basic computer and EMR usage
- Current CPR certification
Physical demands
- Assisting with transfers
- Repositioning
- Extended walking
- Driving to patient locations
