About the role
Provide home-based occupational therapy to patients, assisting them in restoring their physical abilities.
Responsibilities
- Follow state-specific laws and supervised treatment plans.
- Instruct and aid patients in evidence-based therapy within scope and legal guidelines.
- Observe, document, and report patient responses and condition changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients, families, caregivers, and team members about therapy techniques.
Requirements
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the relevant state.
- CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse home environments.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Strong communication, organizational, and writing skills.
Pay
Hourly pay ranges from $29.59 to $44.39, based on experience and qualifications.
