Seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to deliver skilled inpatient services in an acute care hospital setting, emphasizing personalized patient care, evaluation, and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment requirements.
• Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; make referrals as needed.
• Delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students, ensuring appropriate skill levels.
• Complete accurate documentation in line with departmental policies.
• Conduct assessments, reassessments, and consultations for occupational therapy services.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy required; Master's Degree preferred.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) certification.
• No prior experience necessary; supervision experience not required.
