Responsibilities
Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient's special physical or age‑related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, PhD, or equivalent education/experience from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Oregon Occupational Therapist License (upon hire)
- National Provider BLS certification – American Heart Association (upon hire)
