Work Schedule
- Part-time, 90% FTE, 36 hours per week.
- Shifts scheduled Sunday through Wednesday between the hours of 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
- Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
Pay
This position may be eligible for a $3,600 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy Required
- 2 years prior relevant experience Preferred
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire
- Required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months
