About the role

Seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to deliver skilled inpatient services in an acute care hospital setting. The role involves evaluating and treating patients across diverse populations, including orthopedic, neurological, medical, and surgical cases.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct occupational therapy interventions
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Delegate tasks to occupational therapy assistants and students as appropriate
• Conduct initial evaluations, reassessments, and consultations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Support patient recovery and discharge planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current Occupational Therapist license
• Master’s Degree preferred
