Occupational Therapist - Acute Care

About the role

PT Solutions is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist in Hendersonville, NC, to work with Advent Health Hendersonville at a 100+ bed acute care facility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of care
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (e.g. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE approved occupational therapy program
• Registered with NBCOT
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification

Pay

$83,000 – $107,000 / year (any posted pay range considers multiple compensation factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position). Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.
