About the role
Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to serve seniors in the La Crosse community. The ideal candidate is passionate about therapy and eager to make a real impact in the lives of seniors.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled care to seniors in various settings, including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and in-home therapy services.
- Ensure patients receive the highest standard of care, helping them improve their quality of life and regain independence.
- Participate in a team committed to excellence and values-driven practices.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
Qualifications
- Passionate about therapy and eager to make a difference in the lives of seniors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
Skills
- Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in using medical software and equipment.
