Occupational Therapist (54164)

About the role

This role supports senior communities throughout Eau Claire County. For those willing and able to also support the senior community in Augusta, Wisconsin, this can be a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Complete functional and cognitive evaluations
• Develop individualized, resident-centered treatment plans
• Provide skilled OT interventions to promote independence and quality of life
• Educate residents, families, and staff on adaptive strategies
• Recommend assistive equipment and environmental modifications
• Collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current or eligible Wisconsin OT license
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Passion for working with older adults

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
