Responsibilities
- Occupational health case management
- Wellbeing programme development and delivery
- Mental health and CARE+ support
- Health surveillance and screening programmes
- First aider programme management
- Occupational health policy, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Partnership with HR, HSE, managers, and external providers
Requirements
- NMC Registered Nurse
- Foundation Degree in Nursing (minimum)
- 2+ years' occupational health experience
- Strong case management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Passion for wellbeing and employee health
Benefits
- Salary up to £65k dependent on experience
