Occupational Health MD/DO for Established Clinic | Partnership Track

About the role

The Occupational Medicine Physician is responsible for the direction and coordination of care for the injured worker. They oversee patient diagnosis, treatment, and prevention, and determine the course of treatment. The provider may also act as a consultant to clients, employers, insurance adjusters, and nurse case managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient diagnosis, treatment, and prevention
• Determine the course of treatment for injured workers
• Act as a consultant to clients, employers, insurance adjusters, and nurse case managers
• Follow aggressive return-to-work philosophies and reporting requirements set forth by DWC, ACOEM, and OSHA standards

Requirements

• MD/DO degree
• Board certification in Occupational Medicine
• Experience in workers' compensation medicine
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Medical license in good standing
• Passing score on the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME)
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems

• Knowledge of workers' compensation regulations
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently

Pay

$230k - $260k annually (with productivity incentives/bonus eligibility)

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
