Occupational Health MD/DO for Established Clinic | Partnership Track
About the Role
Seeking an Occupational Medicine Physician responsible for the direction and coordination of care for the injured worker. Overseeing patient diagnosis, treatment, and prevention, and determining the course of treatment. The provider may act as a consultant to clients, employers, insurance adjusters, and nurse case managers.
Follow aggressive return-to-work philosophies and reporting requirements set forth by DWC (Division of Workers Comp), ACOEM (American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine), and OSHA standards in the interests of the employee and employer.
Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate care for injured workers
- Oversee patient diagnosis, treatment, and prevention
- Determine course of treatment
- Act as a consultant to clients, employers, insurance adjusters, and nurse case managers
- Adhere to DWC, ACOEM, and OSHA standards for return-to-work philosophies and reporting
Qualifications
Prefer candidate to be familiar with CA DWC, but will consider all qualified candidates.
Pay
Salary: $230k – $260k annually (productivity incentives/bonus eligible). Sign-on/relocation bonus: $20k.

Schedule
Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Support & Care Team
Dedicated Medical Assistant (MA), 2 MDs, and 2 PAs. EMR/Technology: EPIC.
