About the role
Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a civilian PRN Occupational Health Nurse Coordinator for the Federal Building Occupational Health Clinic in Richmond, VA. The position emphasizes work‑life balance in a low‑stress environment focused on employee health.
- Care for federal employees, not the general public
- Freedom from evening, holiday, and on‑call responsibilities
Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- No evening, holiday, or on‑call duties
Requirements
- Graduate of a National League of Nursing accredited school (Diploma, AD, or BSN)
- Active, unrestricted RN licensure in any of the 50 states
- 2+ years of recent RN clinical experience
- At least 1 year of previous management experience
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification – CPR/AED required
