Occupancy Planner
About the role
The Occupancy Planner oversees and provides tactical occupancy planning expertise in support of supply, capacity, and demand of the client’s portfolio of space in a specific geographic region.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide tactical occupancy planning expertise
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver effective services
- Demonstrate strong oral, written and presentation skills
- Assume ownership of requests to ensure successful completion
- Pay strong attention to detail and quality
- Handle concurrent projects with minimal supervision and direction
- Maintain and analyze BU demand/supply information
- Monitor BU demand and supply against approved plan
- Work with the client on utilization data and sizing model information
- Understand and incorporate workplace strategy in long-term plans
- Identify tactical projects for implementation
- Create current and forecasted Stack Plans
- Develop space plans
- Monitor unplanned activity
- Provide an outstanding employee experience
- Develop and expand relationships with key client/site stakeholders
- Develop and implement strategies to improve Employee Experience for planning
- Cookordination with project manager to ensure work is delivered within timeframe and agreed-upon scope
- Support change management as it pertains to changing workspace and work style
- Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to develop conclusions and recommendations
- Maintain a working knowledge of CAFM software, space management systems, and relational database functionality
- Demonstrate proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings, concepts, and design
- Have experience in managing projects of varied scope and complexity
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software applications
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop conclusions and recommendations
- Proficiency in CAFM software, space management systems, and relational database functionality
- Proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings, concepts, and design
- Experience in managing projects of varied scope and complexity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software applications

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
