About the Opportunity
The Operations Coordinator (Recruiting Operations) plays a vital role in supporting the recruiting operations team. This position ensures efficient, accurate, and seamless recruitment and onboarding processes, contributing to a positive experience for clinicians and internal stakeholders. The role supports workflow management, data integrity, and coordination in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule clinician interviews involving multiple stakeholders
- Assist recruiters with administrative and operational tasks
- Manage candidate data and workflows within ATS/CRM systems
- Facilitate lead generation, outreach, and candidate communications
- Initiate background checks and reference verifications
- Maintain interview calendars and ensure timely follow-ups
- Process credentialing, scheduling, and onboarding activities for clinicians
- Support HRIS and time management system updates
- Manage contractor lifecycle and documentation
- Provide customer service to clinicians and internal teams
- Assist with reporting and audit processes on a regular basis
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in operations, recruiting coordination, or administrative support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience scheduling meetings via platforms such as Zoom or Teams
- Comfortable interacting with clinicians and stakeholders
- Preferred: experience in healthcare recruiting or clinical staffing
- Preferred: familiarity with ATS, CRM, or HRIS systems
- Preferred: project management experience
- Preferred: advanced Excel or reporting/database knowledge
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Pay
$26.50 – $31.25 per hour plus full benefits
