Observation Nurse

Responsibilities

• Lead patient care by delivering personalized nursing interventions aligned with clinical standards.
• Develop and monitor individualized care plans, adapting to patient needs.
• Cookordination communication among multidisciplinary teams for cohesive patient management.
• Observe, document, and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
• Manage orders and discharge processes to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active Registered Nurse license from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire, accepted from AHA or ARC.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure.
