About the role

Vassar Brothers Medical Center (VBMC), part of Nuvance Health, located just 75 minutes north of New York City, is seeking a career-minded Obstetrician/Gynecologist Hospitalist to join their established and successful group.

Responsibilities

• Admitting exclusively to Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie
• Serving in the busy Labor and Delivery Unit which sees approximately 2,800 births per year
• Working with a Level III NICU staffed by neonatologists and additional Allied Health providers
• Collaborating with fellowship-trained Breast surgeons and Gyn-oncologists located on the Vassar Hospital campus

Requirements

• Fellowship training in Obstetrics and Gynecology preferred
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required
• Experience in hospitalist care preferred

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Current New York State medical license
• Passing scores on the USMLE or COMLEX

Pay

$400,000 - $550,000 annually, commensurate to experience and/or qualifications.
