About the role

Vassar Brothers Medical Center (VBMC) of Nuvance Health, a part of Northwell Health, is seeking an Obstetrician/Gynecologist Generalist to join their established and successful group. The practice admits exclusively to Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, which sees approximately 2,800 births annually. The position offers per diem and part-time opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Admitting patients exclusively to Vassar Brothers Medical Center
• Working in a busy Labor and Delivery Unit
• Staffing a level III NICU with neonatologists and allied health providers
• Participating in an excellent Perinatology program
• Collaborating with fellowship-trained breast surgeons and gyn-oncologists

Requirements

• Current New York State Medical License
• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred

Pay

$400,000 – $550,000 annually, commensurate to position and/or experience.
