About the Role

The Division of OB/GYN seeks a board certified/eligible physician to join a growing group of Board Certified physicians. The practice admits exclusively to Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie. The Labor and Delivery Unit sees about 2,800 babies born each year. The facility has a Level III NICU and an excellent Perinatology program. Fellowship-trained breast surgeons and GYN-oncologists are located on the Vassar Hospital campus.

Responsibilities

Admitting exclusively to Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie. Managing the Labor and Delivery Unit which sees about 2,800 births annually. Providing care in the Level III NICU and Perinatology program. Collaborating with fellowship-trained breast surgeons and GYN-oncologists.

Requirements

Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care. Experience in a hospital setting preferred but not required.

Qualifications

Medical degree from an accredited institution. Eligible for New York State medical license. Completion of an accredited residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
