Ob/Gyn Chief Physician Assistant
About the role
The Ob/Gyn Chief Physician Assistant will provide clinical leadership, teaching, and administrative oversight across inpatient and outpatient settings. They will serve as the PA departmental liaison, coordinate and manage PA clinical schedules, and deliver care in various areas including Labor & Delivery, Maternity, L&D Triage, Inpatient Rounding for GYN, ER consults, first assist in OR cases, and outpatient OB/GYN visits.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the PA departmental liaison, collaborating with medical leadership and hospital administration
- Coordinate and manage PA clinical schedules to ensure adequate coverage across Labor & Delivery & Outpatient sites
- Deliver care in Labor & Delivery unit, Maternity, L&D Triage, Inpatient Rounding for GYN, ER consults, first assist in OR cases, and outpatient OB/GYN visits
- Lead a team committed to excellence while maintaining their own clinical presence in our fast-paced inpatient and outpatient settings
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Physician Assistant experience post graduation
- Minimum 5 years of OB/GYN experience
- Previous experience in GYN Surgery First Assist and C/Sections, OB Triage, Labor Management, and Postpartum Rounding is preferred

Pay
The guaranteed base salary range is $157,373 - 195,416 determined by qualifications and experience.
