Ob/Gyn Chief Physician Assistant
About the role
The Ob/Gyn Chief Physician Assistant will provide clinical leadership, teaching, and administrative oversight across inpatient and outpatient settings. They will deliver care in Labor & Delivery unit, Maternity, L&D Triage, Inpatient Rounding for GYN, ER consults, first assist in OR cases, and outpatient OB/GYN visits.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the PA departmental liaison, collaborating with medical leadership and hospital administration
- Coordinate and manage PA clinical schedules to ensure adequate coverage across Labor & Delivery & Outpatient sites
- Deliver care in Labor & Delivery unit, Maternity, L&D Triage, Inpatient Rounding for GYN, ER consults, first assist in OR cases, and outpatient OB/GYN visits
- Lead a team committed to excellence while maintaining their own clinical presence in our fast-paced inpatient and outpatient settings
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Physician Assistant experience post graduation
- Minimum 5 years of OB/GYN experience
- Previous experience in GYN Surgery First Assist and C/Sections, OB Triage, Labor Management, and Postpartum Rounding is preferred

Pay
The guaranteed base salary range is $157,373 - 195,416 determined by qualifications and experience.
