Overnight position in Saint Cloud, MN.

About the role

Provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs; offering guidance on self-service technology; assisting with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving issues; and promoting company products and services.

Assists management with supervising associates by assigning duties, communicating goals, training on processes, providing direction on member service techniques, ensuring compliance with policies, and participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates.

Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, organizes the sales floor, and completes required documentation. Maintains facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions. Ensures sales floor and merchandise presentation by handling claims, stocking and arranging merchandise, setting up displays, pricing items, and securing high-shrink merchandise.

Monitors food and merchandise quality through product rotation, code dating, recalls, and sanitation standards. Leads and participates in teams by sharing resources, coordinating work, providing feedback, and adapting to change. Oversees the picking and staging of club pickup orders. Develops and implements processes to meet business needs through collaboration and analysis.

Demonstrates and promotes compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge members and identify their needs.

  • Train associates on processes, procedures, and member service techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and support the Open Door Policy.
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates.
  • Receive and stock supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors.
  • Organize and maintain the sales floor using equipment and completing required documentation.

  • Handle claims, returns, and merchandise presentation, including stocking, arranging, and pricing items.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • 6 months of retail experience.
  • 6 months of customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading a team or supervising others, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and workload management.

Pay

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may apply in specific circumstances, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.
