Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and open new retail and on-premise accounts to expand distribution and grow market presence
  • Drive incremental shelf space, cold box placements, and promotional activity to increase brand visibility and sales
  • Partner closely with distributor sales teams to execute priorities and accelerate territory growth
  • Build strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and owners to become a trusted partner in your accounts
  • Execute in-store merchandising, displays, pricing, and product rotation to ensure brand excellence
  • Maintain inventory levels and performance, taking initiative to resolve out-of-stocks and drive reorders
  • Support in-store promotions and local activations to generate trial and brand awareness
  • Manage your territory with ownership and accountability, consistently achieving sales and distribution targets

Required Qualifications

  • A high school diploma is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (in beverages or consumer packaged goods preferred), with hands-on exposure to merchandising, distributor coordination, and in-store execution
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently manage a territory and drive measurable results
  • Strong relationship-building skills and confidence working directly with store managers, buyers, and distributor teams
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and mobile sales or reporting tools to track performance and manage accounts
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the New York metropolitan area
  • Comfortable performing physical merchandising tasks, including stocking cases and setting up displays
  • Open to occasional non-local travel as business needs require

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Chinese, with the ability to confidently engage diverse retail and distributor partners
