Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and open new retail and on-premise accounts to expand distribution and grow market presence
- Drive incremental shelf space, cold box placements, and promotional activity to increase brand visibility and sales
- Partner closely with distributor sales teams to execute priorities and accelerate territory growth
- Build strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and owners to become a trusted partner in your accounts
- Execute in-store merchandising, displays, pricing, and product rotation to ensure brand excellence
- Maintain inventory levels and performance, taking initiative to resolve out-of-stocks and drive reorders
- Support in-store promotions and local activations to generate trial and brand awareness
- Manage your territory with ownership and accountability, consistently achieving sales and distribution targets
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (in beverages or consumer packaged goods preferred), with hands-on exposure to merchandising, distributor coordination, and in-store execution
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently manage a territory and drive measurable results
- Strong relationship-building skills and confidence working directly with store managers, buyers, and distributor teams
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and mobile sales or reporting tools to track performance and manage accounts
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the New York metropolitan area
- Comfortable performing physical merchandising tasks, including stocking cases and setting up displays
- Open to occasional non-local travel as business needs require

- Bilingual in English and Chinese, with the ability to confidently engage diverse retail and distributor partners
