NY Real Estate Finance Associate (4th - 6th Year)

Paul Hastings’ Band 1 Real Estate Department is seeking a Mid-Level Associate with 4-6 years of relevant experience to join their Real Estate Finance team in New York. Ideal finance candidates will have experience representing lenders on mortgage and subordinate commercial real estate loans (including mezzanine loans and preferred equity), with experience in construction lending or repurchase facilities a plus. This is a unique opportunity to work on deal teams with early responsibility and client‑facing time. Associates will need to be highly skilled at working on the main transactional documents, such as drafting joint venture agreements and loan agreements. Excellent academic credentials and prior law firm experience are required, and candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar. Pay

The expected salary range for this position is a minimum of $310,000 and a maximum of $390,000 per year. Actual pay may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
