Katten, a global Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an associate to join its premier Real Estate Investment and Finance group in the New York office.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of complex commercial real estate experience at a nationally or regionally recognized law firm
• Admitted to the New York State Bar or eligible for submission on waiver
• Experience with real estate debt and equity transactions
• Drafting transactional documents, including equity operating documents, loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, and joint venture agreements
• Experience with transactional due diligence review, including title and survey matters
• Ability to manage all aspects of transactional closings

Pay

Estimated salary range for this role is $385,000 – $440,000. Salary determinations are based on numerous factors, including experience, job history, and class/graduation year.
