NY Real Estate Development Associate (3rd - 5th Year)

Paul Hastings’ Band 1 Real Estate Department is seeking a Mid‑Level Associate with 3‑5 years of experience to join their Real Estate Development team in New York.

Responsibilities

• Work on deal teams with early responsibility and client‑facing time.
• Draft and negotiate main transactional documents, including joint venture agreements and loan agreements.
• Participate in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, borrower‑side finance, and development transactions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate development transactions.
• Admission to the New York Bar.
• Excellent academic credentials and prior law‑firm experience.
