Junior Real Estate Associate (New York)

About the role

Katten, a global Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a junior Real Estate Investment and Finance Associate to join its New York office.

Responsibilities

• Experience with real estate debt and equity transactions
• Drafting transactional documents, including equity operating documents, loan documents and purchase and sale agreements
• Experience with transactional due diligence review, including title and survey matters
• Ability to manage all aspects of transactional closings

Requirements

• 2-3 years of complex commercial real estate experience at a nationally or regionally recognized law firm
• Admitted to the New York State Bar

Pay

The estimated salary range for this role is $235,000 - $270,000. Salary determinations are made based on numerous factors, such as, but not limited to: relevant experience and work history, graduation and class year, and practice area of the selected candidate.
