Paul Hastings' Global Finance team is seeking a Junior Associate with two to three years of experience to join the firm's rapidly growing practice in New York.
The group's clients consist of many high-profile bank and nonbank lenders, including private debt funds.

- Execute complex finance transactions and credit arrangements

- Admitted to practice law in New York and in good standing
- Strong academic credentials and law firm experience required
