Paul Hastings' Global Finance team is seeking a Mid-Level Associate with four to six years of experience to join the firm's rapidly growing practice in New York.

The group's clients consist of many high-profile bank and nonbank lenders, including private debt funds.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex finance transactions and credit arrangements

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in New York and in good standing
• Strong academic credentials and law firm experience required

• Four to six years of experience in finance transactions and credit arrangements
• Experience working with high-profile clients including private debt funds

Pay

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $310,000 and a maximum of $390,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
