About the role

Paul Hastings' Global Finance team is seeking a Senior Associate or Of Counsel with at least seven years of experience to join the firm's rapidly growing practice in New York. Ideal candidates will have experience executing complex finance transactions and credit arrangements. The group's clients consist of many high-profile bank and nonbank lenders, including private debt funds.

Requirements

Candidates must be admitted to practice law in New York and be in good standing. Strong academic credentials and law firm experience are required.
