About the role
Winston Taylor is seeking an associate with at least four years of substantive finance experience. Desirable experience includes:
- Experience with a broad spectrum of bank and non-bank financial institutions in syndicated and club transactions, particularly in private credit sponsor acquisition financings.
- Experience in structured finance, CLOs, and fund finance.
Responsibilities
Strong deal experience at a large law firm with a focus on cash flow lending and sophisticated finance transactions is preferred.
Requirements
Candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.
Qualifications
