Clinical Leadership Supervise and support nursing and medical assistant staffProvide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing educationPromote teamwork and accountability among clinical staffAssist the Director of Nursing with employee evaluations and competenciesServe as a clinical resource for policies, procedures, and best practicesHelp maintain compliance with federal, state, and organizational standards Clinical Operations Coordinate daily staffing assignments and clinical workflowsMonitor patient schedules to anticipate staffing and patient care needsProvide direct patient care when necessary to maintain operationsEnsure clinical policies and procedures are consistently followedAssist in resolving patient concerns and workflow challengesMonitor inventory and oversee clinical supply orderingParticipate in Quality Improvement initiatives and committee work Requirements Required Current South Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licenseMinimum one year of clinical nursing experienceStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsExperience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR)Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced outpatient environment Preferred Three or more years of direct patient care experiencePrevious supervisory or team leadership experienceExperience coordinating immunization or vaccine programsExperience in primary care, family medicine, pediatrics, or an FQHC settingFamiliarity with CDC Vaccines for Children (VFC) requirements Summary Why You'll Love Working Here At ReGenesis Health Care, we believe healthcare is about people first.
